After years of fighting with IBM, Novell, RedHat, and just about everyone else that distributes linux, the Utah based company has filed Chapter 11.
The bankruptcy proceedings come after a November ruling to pay Novell 3.4 million USD, plus 489 USD per day after August 29, 2008.
“It’s clearly a challenge of just making sure that we have sufficient cash to continue our operations and continue to do all we can to service our Unix customers,” Hunsaker said.
